We make and sell biltong from our purpose built workshop in the Rotterdam Waalhaven - one of the most exciting areas of Europe's busiest harbour. All our biltong is made from fresh local beef and spices that we import personally from Cape Town. It's all fresh as well - we never freeze our biltong and only slice and pack it just before we send it.
If you'd like your biltong wet or dry, fat or lean, sliced or whole sticks, just let us know and you'll get it exactly how you'd like it.
